About the TO-LEAP program

From Paving The Way Forward’s (PTWF) engagement with North Melbourne and Flemington residents, we recognised that many residents have a strong desire and capacity to support others by running events, activities and services for their communities.

There are also many current and aspiring small business owners seeking support to start or grow their businesses.

The TO-LEAP (Thriving Opportunity for Leadership Entrepreneurship, Actions and Projects) Program is designed to support residents to realise these ambitions, build on existing strengths and enable the whole community to thrive now and in the future.

TO-LEAP is funded under the local Flemington and North Melbourne action plan
